Studio Rentals at EBT Academy of Dance
Looking for studio space for a private lesson, rehearsal, workshop, or event?
Ensemble Ballet Theatre offers three studio spaces available to rent at our Covington facility. Our studios are well-suited for dance classes, private lessons, rehearsals, workshops, auditions, fitness instruction, small group activities, and other movement-based uses.
Each rental includes access to:

Maximum occupancy of up to 50 people, depending on the studio and type of activity
All rentals are subject to studio availability and approval.
Our Studios
Studio A
Our largest studio, Studio A is ideal for group classes, rehearsals, auditions, workshops, and other activities requiring plenty of open floor space.

Studio B
Studio B offers a versatile space for medium-sized classes, rehearsals, private lessons, and group instruction.

Studio C
Studio C is a great option for private lessons, individual practice, small rehearsals, and small-group instruction.

Long-term or recurring rental rates may be available for renters seeking a consistent weekly or monthly schedule.
Please submit a rental inquiry with your requested dates, times, and expected frequency for additional information.
Rental time must include all setup, cleanup, and departure time.
Renters may not enter the studio before their scheduled start time and must fully vacate the space by the end of the reserved period.
Rental Policies
Damage Deposit

Groups of more than ten people are required to provide a valid credit or debit card to be securely kept on file.

By signing the rental agreement, the renter authorizes EBT to charge the card for documented property damage, missing items,
excessive cleaning, or violations of the rental agreement, up to $500. The renter will be notified and provided with documentation before any charge is processed. -
The renter remains responsible for costs exceeding $500 when applicable. If no charge is necessary, the card will be removed from EBT’s records following the rental.
Equipment

Mirrors and ballet barres are included with the rental.

All outside equipment must be approved before the rental and removed at the end of the reserved time.
Rental Agreement

A signed rental agreement is required for all studio rentals.
-
The person signing the agreement must be at least 18 years old and is responsible for the space, participants, and compliance with all rental policies.

A reservation is not confirmed until the required agreement, payment, and damage deposit, when applicable, have been received.
Children and Supervision
-
Minors must be supervised by a responsible adult at all times.
-
Renters working directly with children are responsible for providing appropriate supervision.

Children may not be left unattended in the studio.
Space Use and Cleanup

Renters are expected to leave the studio in the same condition in which it was found.

All personal items, equipment and trash must be removed at the end of the rental period.

Activities that may damage the flooring, mirrors, barres, walls, or other studio property are not permitted.

Food, beverages, decorations, and specialty equipment must receive advance approval.
Cancellations
-
Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled rental.

Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice, as well as no-shows, will be charged the full rental fee.

If EBT must cancel a reservation, the renter will not be charged. Any payment already made may be refunded or transferred to
another available date.
Availability
-
Studio rentals are scheduled around EBT Academy of Dance classes, rehearsals, performances, and special events.

Availability may vary throughout the year and is not guaranteed until a reservation has been confirmed.
